We invite you to shop with confidence. We accept exchanges on unworn items within 7 business days in the original condition with tags attached. Once we detect an item has been worn we will return and refuse to accept.

Return Policy

We gladly offer exchanges on unworn products with tags attached with no sign of wear nor odor. We do not do refunds. Products should be shipped back to us no longer than 7 business days after receiving your items.  We do not offer exchanges on SWIM WEAR , BODYSUIT & ACCESSORIES.

  • All accessories are non returnable. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

How to Return

Your package must include the original order invoice. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely and mail it to us. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. Return shipping is non-refundable unless you received damaged, defective or wrong item.

  • Insure Your Package. Send your package via insured method with a tracking number to make sure, that your shipment has reached Zalta Boutique.
  • Tracking Number. Please, email us the tracking number, and we will keep an eye on the return delivery progress
